Domestic Shipping

For domestic orders within Singapore, orders will be shipped from warehouse within 3 - 5 working days upon payment confirmation. This is an estimate, and does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order dispatch email.

Free shipping for domestic orders above $60. A S$4 shipping fee will be charged for orders below S$60.

Returns & Exchange

If there is a fault with the product purchased, please drop us an email with a clear snapshot of the defect at shopkaleababy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your items, to initiate a refund or exchange, and we can help you with the process. Emails received after the period will be deemed invalid.

If the items show signs of wear and tear and are not in its original condition, we will not provide an exchange or refund.

We will replace the items (depending on stock availability) free of charge once we receive the damaged items. All goods must arrive back in their original condition with the labels and tags attached. We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, and keep a copy of receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
